Future Plans

TGI's Joint Venture with Elevated Sciences, Inc. is in the process of securing a large tract of land where it intends to develop ADVENT OASES. This is the revitalized modernized version of the old concept of a "company town." Residents will live in a modern, smart, entirely self-sufficient and perfectly sustainable community that surrounds a large commercial sustainable farming operation. The main crop planned is kenaf – an ideal plant for the 21st century and beyond. Kenaf-based products will first be used to build all residences and other structures in the villages. Kenaf will also become the basis for profitably exporting sustainable products from the community replacing plastics, paper and pulp, fuels and many other products with a much greener alternative. Residents will be allocated stock in the producing company thereby mitigating cost of ownership in the community.
